Shiatsu is a physical therapy that was developed in Japan. It derives from traditional Chinese medicine and has influences from Western therapy.
Shiatsu works on the whole person and integrates the physical body with the psychological, emotional and spiritual aspects of our being.
Shiatsu is used to treat a wide range from conditions such as stress, anxiety, headaches, PMS, digestive disorders, insomnia, fatigue as well as musculoskeletal pain, such as lower back or neck pain.

Guidelines for receiving a treatment
A session lasts about one hour and your whole body will be treated. You will remain fully clothed during the session. Please wear comfortable, lose, warm cloths and socks, preferably cotton. Do not eat heavily or drink alcohol before a treatment. I recommend that you drink water after the treatment and that you have some time to rest.
