Online Counselling Group for Toxic Relationships

Counselling Group Toxic Relationships

This online counselling group is for people in toxic relationships. It supports them to learn healthier behaviour in their relationships and break free from the cycle of violence.

Is this You?

The following participants have benefitted from attending the group:

Many people were currently in a toxic relationship and wanted to break free from the toxic dynamics. In particular, they had an emotionally abusive relationship with a romantic partner, a sibling, or a parent. Furthermore, a lot of participants co-parented with a toxic ex-partner. In contrast, other participants had already ended a toxic relationship. They wanted to heal and empower themselves so that they won’t enter a toxic relationship again.
