Are you a Survivor of Childhood Abuse?
Growing up with childhood abuse is a painful and difficult experience. Shame and stigma may make it hard to talk about what happened to you as a child. Maybe you even feel hopeless that live will ever get better.
However, there is hope. You can start your healing journey and you do not have to do it alone. Group counselling is powerful because you realize that you are not alone. It also helps you to relate to others in a healthier way.
Counselling Group for Survivors of Childhood Abuse
I invite to join my counselling group for survivors of childhood abuse. The group gives you a safe space to talk about your experiences.
Participating in this group, you will:
- Create awareness about your emotions and expressing them
- Deal with difficult emotions like shame, anger, guilt, or sadness
- Integrate the traumatic experience
- Re-connecting with your inner child
- Find self-esteem and self-empowerment
As a result, you will experience a higher degree of joy and inner peace in your life.
The group starts on Saturday, November 9, 2019 at 2 pm and runs for six consecutive weeks. The sessions last for 2 hours. The group is open to all gender identities. It uses safer and accountable space guidelines.
