How well do you set healthy boundaries in your relationships?

In the past, I was never good in it. I grew up with childhood abuse therefore I never learned what was ok for me in relationships and what was not. However, as an adult, I learned this important skill and it helped me greatly to create healthy relationships.

Setting healthy boundaries are essential to create fulfilling relationships. We may not have this in our childhood, but we can change this and learn this important skill today.

This workshop will help you recognizing and setting boundaries in relationships. Participating in this workshop, you will increase your self-awareness,  knowledge and skills concerning setting healthy boundaries in your relationships.

This workshop combines teaching with experience and invites you to actively explore yourself in order to set better boundaries in your relationships in the future.

In this workshop, you will:

  • EXPLORE your boundaries in relationships.
  • KNOW what they are and why they are important.
  • DISCERN what is ok for you and what is not ok for you in relationships.
  • NAME common myths about boundaries.
  • COMMUNICATE your boundaries in an appropriate way.
